Press ReleaseCertifiedMail Adds Language-specific Cobranding for Global Clients Morristown, New Jersey, June 17, 2005 – CertifiedMail, a leader in secure messaging, today announced support for multilingual user interfaces and branding in its Managed Service for Encrypted Email. While many service offerings allow customization of the interface to match their clients' corporate 'look and feel', CertifiedMail has taken this one step further. The latest release of the CertifiedMail Secure Email System dynamically displays the client's branding in the user's language based on their browser's language setting. "As we expand our business to support a global client base, it's important that we take into account needs outside of the US," said Mahesh Muchhala, CertifiedMail President and CEO. "When our clients' users speak multiple languages, it's incumbent upon us to have our software speak multiple languages as well." Language-specific user interfaces are particularly important for multinational clients; many non-US operations of American companies are required by local laws to display content in the local language(s). For example, to meet Canadian regulations, companies whose websites are displayed in French must not contain any English text, even if it is part of a banner graphic. With language-specific user interfaces and cobranding, user with their browser set to English as the primary language will see English content, graphics and cobranding, whereas those users with French Canadian as their default browser language will automatically see an interface displaying only French graphics, text and menu links.
