CertifiedMail Secure Email System is Now Multilingual

Morristown, New Jersey, January 4, 2005 – CertifiedMail, a leader in secure messaging, today announced that it has enhanced its flagship CertifiedMail Secure Email System with the addition of support for multilingual interfaces. The capability is supported in both the Managed Security Service and in-house license implementations of the product.

According to Bob Janacek, CertifiedMail Chief Technology Officer, "The rapid growth in our global client base made it essential for us to add support for multiple languages. In the current release, the CertifiedMail Secure Email System supports both single and double byte character sets; localization has been implemented for French Canadian, Spanish, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese speakers."

Additional localizations will be added as customer requirements dictate; likely next implementations will include Latin American Spanish, Japanese, and German.

The user interface is automatically displayed in the same language as the user's web browser language setting. In addition, users can manually change their language of choice by selecting from a picklist available in the main email interface.
