CertifiedMail Secure Email System for Enterprises

The CertifiedMail Secure Email System protects sensitive data leaving your enterprise and provides compliance for HIPAA, GLBA and SOX regulations.  Its flexible architecture allows the same time-tested code base to be deployed as an in-house software license, server appliance or as a Managed Security Service.  In any case, a zero-footprint design requires no additional software to send or receive secure, CertifiedMail messages. 

Although no software is required to send or receive CertifiedMail messages, client-side integration is available with our Send Certified button for Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and GroupWise.  This enables messages to be sent securely, directly from your mail client by simply clicking "Send Certified".  Many enterprises will also utilize the CertifiedMail Policy Manager to enforce corporate regulations at the gateway.  Benefiting from tight integration with the CertifiedMail Secure Email solution, messages that would normally be sent in the clear may be securely delivered if they contain sensitive data.
